Dreaming of curling? Don’t let your dreams be just dreams!
TRUCLA is a TRU curling league for students, staff, faculty and friends. It’s a social league to promote sport and community. You don’t need to be an expert to join. We’ll teach you.
Join us for a FREE “Learn to Curl” on Jan. 9th at 8pm.
The first game of the year is on Jan. 16th at 8pm.
We curl every Monday at 8pm, at Kamloops Curling Club located at 700 Victoria Street.

Skills Competition
Maybe you are competitive, maybe you think you can do better than your mates or maybe you just want to have fun and test your skills. Whatever it’s your motivation, come out and curl with us during our first Skills Competition Night. Remember you can bring a friend!
There will be 4 skills competition games for all curlers to compete in followed by some 4-end mixed mini games. The four events are:
A. Draw to the Button
B. Hit and Roll to the Button
C. Raise to the Button
D. Double Takeout
Every person will get two attempts at making the shot for each event. After you shoot, follow your rock down, remind the facilitator of your name, and confirm the score with them.
Be sure to go upstairs after the mini-spiel game to find out who won the Skills Competition. There will be prizes!!!
